- Monitor how much time you’re spending actually working.
- Assess your budget. Most VAs operating within the United States charge between $20-40 per hour, but it will likely vary depending on the individual’s experience and services. Also, many of them offer packages that will adjust their prices accordingly.
- Figure out what kind of services you need help with. There’s an expert out there for EVERYTHING – and I do mean everything.
- Alert the Universe that you are hiring! Let your close contacts know, speak to your fellow business friends, and ask for referrals.
At this point, you can either open applications or ask for a trial period to see how the working relationship pans out. This person will be very close to your business – so you want it to be someone you can depend on!
Beyond that, it is up to you to decide how frequently you’ll need help and what you’ll expect your VA to handle moving forward. 😁
